good work culture. also depends from project to project. it has one of the best food though out the day with snacks and amazing dining. they don't fire people easily. good company if you want to work for a very long time.

more towards telecom and service based culture.

* You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

* The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
