There are no good projects....support projects are more...you will gain no knowledge and whatever knowledge you have, you will forget

* You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

Minpunten

* The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
