      1. Very professionally run by the family. 2. Desperate to grow fast.

      1. Sridevi and Raghavan (CEO and Director respectively) are arrogant and most of the time yell at all the employees. 2. The talented staff are not rewarded but instead staff who while away there time, listening to music, gossiping are given importance. 3. Work culture is pathetic. 4. Amelio has lost many talented and dedicated staff due to the worst behavior of Sridevi and Raghavan 5. Sridevi and Raghavan are like leeches who suck the blood till the last drop. 6. There have been 3 accidents in Adyar center involving little children but still the safety standards are not followed. 7. All the teachers barring the center manager have left Hiranandani center which is now relocated to Siruseri. 8. Quality of the teachers and the quality of the curriculum in-charge are pathetic.

      The worst Cheating management we have ever seen. unethical, unprofessional humans. they will be arrogant to people. they suck the blood from the Employees and Recruitment Consultant. Sridevi and Rahgav are most cheating couples. they have cheated lot of Employees and consultant like us. i hope there will deep curse on them . They have paid money and got the National award., if not who will give them the Award?

      Special note to fellow Recruitment Consultant Like us, prompt Advise not to work for them. They are fraud management. they will cheat you on payment, and they will say ...do whatever you can do we will see.... if god have eyes i hope they will face soon for treating and cheating consultant like us who work day and night for them. i deeply pray , the god will show them. no one should have been affected like us.
