Same leadership for significant lengthy time - industry leaders before competitor leaders were even born. Great technical conference annually for knowledge sharing. Decent benefits. Outstanding 401(k) plan. People are proud to work here.

Minpunten

Stop off shoring everything. What is the future of this company? 5-year plan is 15 years old. Communication can be better. Need to increase salaries. Better work life balance is needed. Lifers have sense of entitement.

A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
