The salary was quite alright for the position.

Everything under the sun. Bullying and reducing colleagues to tears in front of all staff was common. Upper management was a one man job, so nothing was never done properly. A multitude of unprofessional behaviour and humiliating tasks to be carried such as cleaning after the founders dog.
