Pluspunten

Salary is good (but only if you are a good specialist), you can get a lot of diverse experience here and try your hand in any direction or domain. The colleagues in my team and generally in my office are very nice people, so it’s always pleasant to go to the office and spend time here even though the company allows you to work from home

Minpunten

Even if there are any, pros prevail in my opinion

I’m satisfied with my salary, I’m satisfied with my team, I can say I live and breathe with my work and I see people around me who are as motivated and results-oriented as I am. What makes my life much easier is the possibility to quickly and easily get approval for vacation and get a sick day, if needed. Andersen’s health insurance is including dental coverage, and the partial reimbursement of sports activities turned out to be like more than partial: my gym membership is now significantly cheaper for me.
