You can count on your fingers the number of companies that offer the opportunity to start a career in IT from scratch. So Andersen is one of them. If you eager to study a lot and then work in this industry Andersen is not the worst way (but not the best). Andersen has a good preparation system and after it you will never have a problem on tech or soft skill interview preparation

Minpunten

If you started career from Andersen laboratory as junior you salary will be much lower then you expect from IT. And to earn money you should work really hard and do extra activities. Also there is a long term contract (1,5 y) with high penalties if you leave the company. But these extra activities is also youe experience. If you're on bench managers try to send you to vacation while they looks for new project.

Junior specialists have to work hard to acquire all necessary skills and competencies. When your level grows, the situation will significantly improve in terms of both salary and difficulty of work. I’m satisfied with my salary, I’m satisfied with my team, I can say I live and breathe with my work and I see people around me who are as motivated and results-oriented as I am. What makes my life much easier is the possibility to quickly and easily get approval for vacation and get a sick day, if needed. Andersen’s health insurance is including dental coverage, and the partial reimbursement of sports activities turned out to be like more than partial: my gym membership is now significantly cheaper for me.
