I joined Andersen 9 months ago, before that, I had been working in another firm for 2 years. The first thing that pleasantly surprised me was that I didn't experience that stress of a new person in a company that I was expected. The onboarding period went smoothly, the environment at Andersen is welcoming, and it still feels like this. Salary is fine, like we agreed in the interview, so no unpleasant surprises. The work schedule is flexible. My managers don't put pressure on me, answer questions, the feedback is quick and detailed.
