Minpunten

Low sallaries. After one year got +0 after performans review, even though I have four additional roles, became an asossiate resorce manager, teamlead on my project, was a team lead on lab project for more then half a year. Feels like company uses their employees and doesnt pay for that.

I’m satisfied with my salary, I’m satisfied with my team, I can say I live and breathe with my work and I see people around me who are as motivated and results-oriented as I am. What makes my life much easier is the possibility to quickly and easily get approval for vacation and get a sick day, if needed. Andersen’s health insurance is including dental coverage, and the partial reimbursement of sports activities turned out to be like more than partial: my gym membership is now significantly cheaper for me.
