Plenty of opportunities to work with clients from the US and Europe, which helps build valuable experience. Remote and flexible options. Possibility to work from home and, in some cases, flexible working hours. Team environment. Most colleagues are professional, friendly, and easy to collaborate with.

I’m satisfied with my salary, I’m satisfied with my team, I can say I live and breathe with my work and I see people around me who are as motivated and results-oriented as I am. What makes my life much easier is the possibility to quickly and easily get approval for vacation and get a sick day, if needed. Andersen’s health insurance is including dental coverage, and the partial reimbursement of sports activities turned out to be like more than partial: my gym membership is now significantly cheaper for me.
