Prior to the Inbev takeover , the best reason to work at AB would be its commitment to being world class in all of its operations. Its desire to be number 1 and its talented team of workers.

Minpunten

Now it is a world class company in decline. The senior management will hopefully wake up and realise that they bought a company that was number 1 for a reason. They removed all those reasons. Thousands of employees!!

They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
