1. Offers Good Salary 2. Good Benefits 3. World Class Cab Facility 4. Great Leadership. Leaders till Band IV (Tower Lead) are great. 5. If the process goes, then they re-deploy. - Best Part 6. Takes care of the community. 7. Monthly - Beer package 8. Great People/HR Team - They care about employees. 9. Great company for College Hire.- Lot to learn 10. You perform above and beyond, you get a promotion. 11. If Senior Manager of other Team knows your work you will get the fast promotion (Needs to work good also)

Minpunten

1. You will rarely see bonus 2. Vision of Leadership doesn't reach the people who are working on Band 8 (Analyst) 3. A bit unrealistic expectation from each band in OPR (Yearly review) 4. They don't re-hire (the worst part) 5. Work-life balance is less. 6. Band VI and V - (Manager/Senior Manager) use company principles as they want/need. 7. They only run behind KPI/SLA. 8. They expect everyone to automate their position even you are not from Analytics Background.

They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
