Pluspunten

Flexible schedule, free beer, great contacts and fun! Some travel opportunity and option to move up.

Minpunten

The management changes frequently and they shove everyone out of their way in order to move ahead. If you are working as a contracted employee they pretty much treat you with no respect even if you have an MBA. There are alot of loopholes in their tracking systems and managers at the wholesalers are extremely unprofessional. There is very inconsistent communication between corporate, wholesalers and vendors. You have to report your work through several different applications that gets reported to corporate then you are told to do it all over again for the wholesaler since those channels apparently don't communicate with eachother. Keep in mind you are working only 30 set amount of hours yet you end up working like 50.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for recognizing our benefits and culture. We’re proud to foster an environment where colleagues can build meaningful careers and enjoy working together. We also appreciate your comments regarding work-life balance and weekend work. While certain roles may require schedules that extend beyond traditional business hours, we recognize the importance of balance and are continually looking for ways to support our employees while meeting the needs of our business. Thank you for being part of the Anheuser-Busch team.

Pluspunten

Free beer and decent salary

Minpunten

They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
