Pluspunten

Fun work environment if you like to drink, cool products to sell, etc. You can make good money with minimal experience because they always having jobs open.

Minpunten

- Too big of a company where half the time the information you get relayed is incorrect. Anheuser-Busch is too big of a beast to actually care about it's employees or executing processes correctly. - Most employees are overworked because of it being a "critical industry", meanwhile most of the job is drinking the AB kool aid. - Work environment can be toxic, most of the industry is alcoholics. - If you get one of their "pilot jobs" or temporary program roles, chances are you won't have a job after a year or two. They are always renovating their marketing programs and eliminating ones that they do not see the value in after a few years.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for recognizing our benefits and culture. We’re proud to foster an environment where colleagues can build meaningful careers and enjoy working together. We also appreciate your comments regarding work-life balance and weekend work. While certain roles may require schedules that extend beyond traditional business hours, we recognize the importance of balance and are continually looking for ways to support our employees while meeting the needs of our business. Thank you for being part of the Anheuser-Busch team.

Pluspunten

Free beer and decent salary

Minpunten

They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
