Pluspunten

Ambitious company with lots of resources, data, and nice products for you to play with. A pretty flat organization makes the senior management team accessible. Everyone in the organization is young and mostly under 40. Fast moving and agile enough. Good financial reward system.

Minpunten

The company has great ambition to expand globally, however, struggles to trust people locally. The Amazon-originated company suffers from its own success to move away from Amazon-oriented. The HQ team in China also wants to fully control every localization development which makes it impossible to localize.
