This current employee apparently completed a training program with Apolis. He/she is correct - it is a hard training program and involves a serious commitment. But as our more than 80 active former IOS trainees will confirm, it is worth the effort. The starting salary is competitive for newly trained personnel and the compensation increases appreciably after the first year of experience. Apolis' business as primarily a staffing company, serves hundreds of clients across dozens of industries and fills hundreds of job openings each year. We do not flip flop on our strategic core business which is staffing.
