Thanks for your feedback. Striking the right balance between "laid back" and "competitive" work environments is not easy. We want people to enjoy their work but we also want them to be successful at it. It's like achieving a good work-life balance. We don't want you to "take your work home with you" but we understand that some people are able to cut it off more easily than others. We'll keep trying.

Apolis' business as primarily a staffing company, serves hundreds of clients across dozens of industries and fills hundreds of job openings each year. We do not flip flop on our strategic core business which is staffing.
