Good product Can work remotely sometimes

Very toxic work environment where management look after their mates and nobody else matters Lots of progression promised but training is lacking and only people who play golf at the weekends get promoted. OTE not achievable, they just use it to get people to join. Very high staff turnover. Don't bother getting to know anyone new. The office is really grimy and dimly lit and often asked to work in silence. Not a good atmosphere for staff but they don't seem to notice or care There doesn't seem to be a business plan. Would help if management actually came in and understood the business and sales trainers had picked up a phone in the last 10 years.

Product is very good Hybrid working Management always on hand to support and want everyone to succeed Lots of opportunity for progression for those that want it. As it should be, progression should be earned. OTE (On Target Earnings) can be done, you just have to hit target - looks like some that have left reviews dont understand OTE

Office does need improvment / updating More company events needed
