Unless I use a white man as a vessel, I am not taken seriously. Full of manipulation, politics, gaslighting… Not possible to have a career path without running around the manager.

Good canteen, nice offices, international environment, and quality products.

Toxic environment. Many high-quality employees are leaving the company overnight or are fired without any notice period. They expect you to work overtime and be available during weekends. New bosses are brought in, and you're expected to onboard them. Not family-friendly, as they pressure you to attend late meetings and meet last-minute deadlines. The management is disorganized, and if you disagree with them, you're out. They claim to promote hybrid work, but they control you and decide when you can work from home. In one word: stay away from this company.
