Pluspunten
Prior to Covid the office atmosphere was amazing, lot of team building and activities to really feel included, some of the highlights are listed below: - Card and board games at lunch time - A huge rec area which includes basketball court, tennis court, ping pong table, volleyball (on basketball court) - Lots of after work activities (video games, soccer, etc.) This has been a great learning experience from a technical standpoint. Lots of cool technology and the people are very friendly. Exciting work trips to customer sites around the world (before Covid at least). Been able to successfully and easily work from home for the past 2 years, new office life is looking to be a hybrid of remote and in office work. The pay for the amount and type of work is quite good. The work/life balance is pretty good as well.
Minpunten
There is limited room for advancement in the Customer Support team and it is difficult to transition to another team. This often leads some very experienced and smart individuals to leave the company. This role also has some very mundane aspects that can feel repetitive and boring after many years.
