This is a horrible environment with a majority micromanagement style. They do not follow any standard operation processes, every day is a nightmare. They always blow up your direct messenger with "asap" messages. There is always a fire to extinguish which is not your doing. They constantly are blaming others for their mistakes. They offer low salaries and low commissions and do not respect you as a human being or act professionally. All you are is a pawn to make them huge amounts of money. Upper management is condescending and abusive and never rewards your accomplishments. The quota is always moving higher despite the known circumstances in the job market.
