Managment at the company is fantastic. They are always straight forward to what is happening. They don't micro manage you. Honeslty a great company to work for. This is the best company that I have had the priviledge to wor for.

The job is/was contract based, Contracts have end dates. I wish the contract could continue for another 20 years.

If you're good in your area of expertise they trust that you know what you're doing.

Offers of advancement were few and far inbetween.
