      - Casual workplace environment. - Opportunities to expand your knowledge and gain experience in different areas of the company. - Great co-workers, a lot of hard working and talented individuals at this company. - Overall, I enjoy working here!

      - Over promising the software to secure a sale which creates a very stressed, larger workload for the team. Sometimes the promises do not fit within a reasonable scope and deadlines are missed/delayed which reflects poorly on the company as a whole. - No sick days, PTO is accrued and must be used whenever you are out for any reason.

      Having the office in the city and free food on Friday is about it for this place. Honestly, that's it folks.

      CEO is the worst leader I've ever had in my career. He finds it comical to tear folks down and not build them up. You do not have the ability to bring your leadership/knowledge to the table. The funniest thing is the CEO has a female in a leadership role that doesn't belong in that role at all... but she must have something on him. She is intimated by other women in the company because she knows that she has no value when it comes to company growth. Must be nice to come when you want, go off and get your hair done each week and read a book in your office everyday.
