      Flexible work environment, great culture, and great learning opportunities. Great teams that work off the strength of its members. Management is very understanding.

      Minpunten

      Work life balance can sometimes be hard. Ticketing procedures that were put in place have made this more manageable. Downtown location makes a commute from the South Nashville area very long, but flexible start times help.

      Having the office in the city and free food on Friday is about it for this place. Honestly, that's it folks.

      Minpunten

      CEO is the worst leader I've ever had in my career. He finds it comical to tear folks down and not build them up. You do not have the ability to bring your leadership/knowledge to the table. The funniest thing is the CEO has a female in a leadership role that doesn't belong in that role at all... but she must have something on him. She is intimated by other women in the company because she knows that she has no value when it comes to company growth. Must be nice to come when you want, go off and get your hair done each week and read a book in your office everyday.
