- Salaries are consistently delayed!! Sometimes 15th , sometimes 20th of every month. Company don't have funds to pay their employees!! - The company has a toxic work environment driven by favoritism and office politics. Hardworking employees often go unrecognized, while others are promoted based on connections rather than merit. - The management lacks transparency in communication, especially regarding salary delays and decision-making processes. Company can terminate you without prior notice. Management is worst!! You have to lick their *** , if u want promotion. - VP don't have technical knowledge. Due to the above issues, many employees leave within a short period, leading to instability and more workload for the remaining team members. Employees are expected to work overtime frequently without proper compensation or appreciation. You have to work overtime on weekends else they will give you PIP Management is totally unprofessional. All positive reviews are from fake accounts or they will force you to give 5 star rating!!
