No well-defined structure in the company. The CEO plays the role of a team lead who micromanages the company and almost everyone directly reports to him only. The office doesn't provide any food. It's very inconvenient to get leaves as the CEO himself deals it himself and isn't particularly happy when an employee even asks for their entitled paid leaves.
