They heavily depend on vibe code you won't learn a single thing instead you'll become dumb as rock if you stay there more then 3 months 4. I could write more but there a lot of cons like no breaks, you'll get judged if you take 15 mins break for no reason no proper hierarchy what's so ever , 5. You have write the code review it your self and you yourself is going to push the code to production
