Nice projects. Good interaction with local and international firms (but very low opportunities)

Minpunten

Very toxic environment, managed by blind management that does not valorize employees. Shouting and shaming is a standard. Lack of respect for employees and professionality.

A great diversity of people that share a common passion for the industry. Most of the people working there share common interests and soon enough become friends.

Minpunten

Long working hours can be exhausting.

The work was never boring and neither were the co-workers. Did a lot of traveling and having the opportunity to experience different cultures and learn many things on the way. It is a great stepping stone in your career.

Minpunten

The management is unable to understand that the employees are their biggest asset. Consequently they do not offer an environment where one could grow and stay with the company.
