Company too large. Senior Management does not make decisions unless approved by Management Board. Company appears to be micromanaged. Employees are quite dispensible. Base pays are below standard. Arcelor type management changed drastically with Mittal merger. No where near the same company Arcelor was. Too many changes take place without letting the first change take hold and see results. Employees don't know which direction they are going in. Company still working out overlaping jobs from merger of Arcelor and Mittal
