Where do I begin... This was by far, the most unprofessional, degrading, toxic and ridiculous company I have ever had the displeasure of working for. Management pushes ineffective and unreleastic goals and ideas on employees, often insulting and yelling to deliver their "profound" thoughts. Turnover for this company is incredibly high. Additionally, management will use you as a scapegoat for their mistakes and berate you in front of coworkers and clients. DO NOT waste your time applying, interviewing or working at this company... unless you enjoy abuse. If there was a 1/2 star, I would have selected it. And only because my coworkers were amazing.

No Cons just advice to those reading this review and considering employment here: Be positive, upbeat, SMILE and stay happy. These are the keys to success at ASI & characteristics will help you succeed in any work environment. Oh, and WORK! Hard work is appreciated here. There are no cons and there are no slackers. We work hard & play hard. Do not listen to negativity. Focus on your job and you will be fine. (This is NOT a paid advertisement but a TRUE review!)
