Terrible culture and Management - werkgeversreview Director of Talent bij Arena Analytics

Unfortunately I was completely deceived when I left a great company to work for Arena promising assistant staff, bonuses, opportunity, and a way to make a difference. The company has zero leadership other than the CEO who has a great network. The product to remove biased is ridiculously poor, looping in clients in contracts they are stuck with. They are not looking out for anyones best interest here. Employees are disposable where leadership needs to be changed.
