Minpunten
Mminimum wage On a 12 hour contract but do 20 hours average (often more) but holiday pay is still counted as 12 hours when I haven't done that few hours since my first week. Constantly have managers watching you and using observation sheets to check if you're trying to sell add one, care, and the Argos card. Expected to stand on the shop floor to help customers even when it's deserted. Expected to lift items that are 2 person handling by yourself. Constant meetings to see if you're meeting targets. Can only have 3 sick days a year even if you're off sick because of something ongoing like back problems or period pains. Can't shift swap. Rota is published 2 weeks in advance (usually) and once it's published you can't request a day off which means you miss out on things that have been planned last minute. Not supposed to leave your station so you can end up spending hours with no contact with colleagues (especially when picking) Opportunities to progress but it's far more work and stress for about £1 extra an hour
