A lot of constant hassle from management, penalised for delivering drops too early. Morning staff were given a far more difficult job than afternoon staff, sometimes loading the vans would take an hour and you would get told off if you were loading too slow - managers need to help their staff load instead of telling them off. Some managers were very immature - shouting and yelling when speaking to staff in private - learn some manners/respect and grow up.
