It's concerning to note that during my tenure, the CEO demonstrated a lack of fundamental knowledge in managing a small business. Communication within the organization was consistently flawed, and employees often faced unwarranted criticism for tasks that weren't clearly understood due to a lack of training. The overall absence of structured training programs further compounded the issues, leaving employees frustrated and eroding trust in the leadership. An environment emerged where differing opinions or criticisms of established processes resulted in swift dismissals. These observations highlight the need for significant improvements in leadership, communication, and employee development within the organization.
