The PMs overcommits to clients, without the resources to do that and employees bear the consequences. Work-life balance is not there. The family culture is used as excuse to overwork people, with no overtime pay and no way to even log the extra hours. You will be reached out to at any time of day or night, and that's treated as normal. The management is quite poor. There are no fixed deadlines, timelines are random, work is blown out of proportion, and most emergencies are entirely management-made. On top of that, the workload distribution makes no sense. Some people are completely free while others are drowning, and at the end of the month, everyone takes home the same paycheck. There is zero accountability for who is actually contributing and who isn't. And after all of that? Not a word of thanks. No recognition, not in pay, not in words. Doesn't matter how big the client or how much was sacrificed to deliver. You're expected to do it all and then quietly move on to the next crisis.
