I had a disappointing experience working at this organization, and I want to highlight some critical concerns for potential employees: 1. Serious Background Verification Issues – The company does not provide proper salary receipts, making it difficult to verify past employment. This can create unnecessary challenges for future job opportunities. 2. Lack of Employment Documentation – Other than salary credits in the bank account, there is little to no official documentation proving your tenure. The management does not acknowledge past employees during verification, and obtaining Form-16 is nearly impossible. 3. Minimal Employee Benefits & Poor Management – The company offers no real benefits, and there is a severe lack of structured management. Most functions, including HR, Finance, and Administration, are handled by a single person, leading to inefficiencies. 4. Delayed Salary Payments – Salaries are credited in the middle of the month, which can be inconvenient for financial planning. 5. Inefficient Communication & Processes – Even basic requests require extensive follow-ups, adding to employee frustration. I would advise job seekers to thoroughly evaluate their options before considering this company. The lack of transparency and professionalism makes it a challenging place to work.
