The They assigned blame to you when they terminated your employment, but it appears the true reason was downsizing due to budgetary or financial constraints. Throughout the weekly one-on-one performance check meetings, the manager consistently acknowledged your positive performance without raising any concerns. However, on one occasion, the manager conveyed opposing views. When questioned about this discrepancy and asked why performance issues were not mentioned during the weekly reviews, they were unable to provide a clear response.
