Teamwork and if you are willing to learn, there is always cross training. Benefits are "good" enough. sometimes warehouse activities

Cross training is not always that fun. HR is a joke and the management not always is NOT going to see or recognize your success or progress, but the will see if you have failed. Don't trust the phrase "We are going to open new opportunities" because the don't. If you want to be on a higher position, you either be the friend of the management or obey what they order you to do and don't try to improve, cause they normally don't listen new ideas. I could write more about it.

I had a very positive experience interning at Arrow Electronics. The management team was supportive and approachable, and communication was clear and consistent throughout my time there. Arrow also has a strong support system in place for interns, which helped create an environment where learning and growth were encouraged. Overall, Arrow Electronics provided a well‑structured and professional internship experience, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to have been part of the team. I would recommend Arrow to students looking for a solid and supportive internship environment.
