Relaxed work environment, it's just distribution, BUT.... BUT..... everyone is skating by until the division take a tank because it's not really a sales organization because the sales team doesn't really "SELL" anything... it's more of a program and customer service team, yet quotas and sales goals are assigned and leveraged plans are used as money grab by desperate leadership trying to save their bottom line performance. It's quite the circus their lately... titanic at best, slowly sinking... writing is on the walls. Avoid joining now, because you wouldn't buy a stock as it's crashing, would you?

Terrible leadership, no upward mobility, they claim people are their best assets but that's not true. Pompous and stagnant/stale leadership. All VPs and above have been there for 20+ years, no fresh perspectives, like a bunch of people in a room with their own farts, can't smell how bad it's become. Sales team is on a major decline and there are desperate money grabs through compensation cuts and adjustments. Don't join ECS if you want a healthy career.
