Deep and wide line card, the Arrow name opened many doors, especially in new accounts, and solid working staff locally.

Minpunten

Good opportunity in territory, however management's desire for 'measurables' weighed down what could have been a very easy model to succeed. Tying metrics to a handful of key suppliers slowed what could have been an open market, and ultimately cost our branch some important people.

However, perhaps there is a way to pick the ones that make the most sense given the individual needs of particular business situations. I had a very positive experience interning at Arrow Electronics. The management team was supportive and approachable, and communication was clear and consistent throughout my time there. Expectations were well‑defined, and I always knew where to go if I had questions or needed guidance. My coworkers were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, which made collaboration smooth and enjoyable. Arrow also has a strong support system in place for interns, which helped create an environment where learning and growth were encouraged. Overall, Arrow Electronics provided a well‑structured and professional internship experience, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to have been part of the team. I would recommend Arrow to students looking for a solid and supportive internship environment.

I truly cannot think of much other than IT related hurdles which slowed down progress on my projects initially.
