Most coworkers and higher-ups were very nice. Decent pay and benefits.

Because it's customer service, it's naturally a stressful place to work when it’s busy. Customers can be nasty and entitled but again, that's customer service, not Arrow. But people kept quitting, which made it more stressful even for those who could handle difficult customers. And on top of that, hiring more people didn’t seem like an urgent priority until it was too late and most of the office staff had quit. So a job that really should be divided among 7-8 people was on 3. From what I saw/heard the president was pretty abrasive and micromanage-y too so no one wanted to be there when he was around.

No communication, constant negative banter between management. You will be told one thing and then another. There is ZERO positive reinforcement. It's all about what you're doing wrong no matter how well you're doing.
