The people you meet, both staff and students, are some of the most genuine and honest people you will come across. You do become a part of a family and a community when you're there. You show people love here and they will love and honor you for a life time. Some of the most growth happens here - for you, and the students you get to work with.

I think what's needed is more consistent systems and expectations for students. Students experience numerous challenges and inconsistencies in their lives. One thing that is often consistent is school. However it is difficult when things are always changing for one reason or another. There is also not always enough support for the amount of students there, or the funding for things like transportation for extra curricular activities.

I have been working at this company for the past two years, and the tasks and responsibilities I’ve received have been truly remarkable. The support from my managers, co-workers, and directors has been exceptional, creating a positive and encouraging work environment. I am proud to be a valuable contributor to this company's growth and success.
