Really good company. Ive worked at other assisted living locations for other companies. Artegan was by far the best. They treated me very well and they do truly care about the employees and the residents. If I did not have to move because of my husbands job change, I would still be working there. I now work in a different state and for another assisted living location. I miss Artegan and wish I could go back

Taking care of seniors is hard work. The community needs to be staffed 24/7. Its what they do. It is hard to try and work a location that is open 24/7, all holidays. They care for the residents and try and staff to fit individual requests and life styles. I dont have any cons other than to say if you dont understand how taking care of seniors works, then dont try and blame a good company like Artegan.

Management was unable to keep business and personal feelings seperate. Allowed terrible things and encouraged them.

Kitchen management was mental.. showed hostility toward residents, feeding rotten food and worse.
