Their idea of cross-training is basically teaching & expecting you to complete more difficult tasks and duties while keeping your wages the same. It's all the work without any of the benefits of the promotion or compensation.

I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
