Communication between Relationship Manager and Contractor - weak 4. Some Leadership team members - weak skill set 5. Not for highly experienced or educated individuals

The Company makes you jump through all these hoops and assessments in the interview process and after 2 Client interviews which you also have to compete with other VA’s they completely stopped giving me clients so I never got hours. After a couple months I said something about it and they sent me an exit interview.
