Pluspunten
I came to Associated after many of my IT colleagues from around the Fox Valley area came here over the years and never left. Traditionally IT people in the rotated companies every few years and over time you get to know most of the IT community; but, people were coming and here and not leaving. It took me a couple of years to get the right opportunity to come here and when I did I already knew more than 20 people in the department from other companies. Senior management has turned the business around over the past few years and the bank is prepared to grown organically and through acquisition - it's an exciting time to be here. Lots of appetite for change and new ideas.
Minpunten
Some processes are still maturing into the form required for a company this size (and larger). Work is underway to work smarter and more efficiently without sacrificing quality service - that's a challenge.
