My managers created an incredibly toxic environment for multiple people so they can leave and justify their role replacement. I was hired and never even given a fair chance to succeed the entire time. Incredibly discouraging and eye opening experience overall. Just really shady place without any real culture or psychological safety efforts or ability to grow in the role/company. The money was simply not worth it at all.
