      Mostly good people who are in solar to help people. Alex, Keith and Megan are supportive and great to work for.

      Communication, lack of time spent by management in the field outside of KC.

      Customers consistently have positive experiences with Astrawatt. While other companies pull sales tricks, Astrawatt's consultants are honest and have real experience with solar. I always had confidence that I was doing people a genuine service by getting them in touch with Astrawatt. Keith Murphy (CEO) is very sincere and cares about the people who work for him. Though he runs a business, he does a great job putting people first in that. Team is very welcoming; there's a real sense of inclusion and unity. Bonus structure is very accommodating. Rewards hard work and appointment setting.

      Opportunities for success are limited. 1099 commissioned based structure wouldn't be bad, if the company provided more qualified opportunities.
