      Pluspunten

      Management team committed and passionate about the product. Good growth trajectory. Generally open to updating the technology stack. Nice mix of old timers and new hires on the engineering team. Free lunches. There does seem to be a commitment to improving development processes and becoming more agile.

      Minpunten

      Hectic (and frequent) release schedules. Still burdened with "fire-fighting" mentality at times. New development projects tend to go more to new hires, which leaves older developers stuck with maintaining and supporting legacy technologies.

      Pluspunten

      AtHoc is a VERY employee friendly company that prides itself on taking care of people. Its is a company that is growing very quickly given the demands of the market. Everyone is very helpful and willing to pitch in to get the work done as needed. Many long days and long nights but very exciting to be with an organization that believes in transparency and employee growth ! Senior management is very accessible and open to fresh and out of the box thinking of ideas.

      Minpunten

      Company is growing very fast. Keeping up with versioning of software and enhanced capabilities as they become available can be challenge. Keeping up with all the new hires can also be a challenge but welcomed
