      Great environment. Benefits are awesome. Everyone is very helpful. The job is challenging without being overwhelming. My supervisor is amazing to work for. Best decision I ever made.

      The company has a lot of programs and claims so you will always be needed

      In my experience, workloads were difficult to manage, and staffing levels did not always keep pace with claim volume. Communication from management could be inconsistent, and I felt that employee concerns about training and support were not always addressed effectively. This created a stressful work environment and made it challenging to maintain work-life balance.
